Product Terms And Policies

1. Return Policy

Lion City Company will be glad to accept returns for items that weren't customized or on sale. Just bring the merchandise back to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Items to be returned should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. Lion City Company has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit.

If it is difficult to bring back the item you want to return due to large size or inconvenience, transportation can be arranged to bring the item(s) back to our warehouse. Restocking Fees are at $50 per item.

2. Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for products which are of equal or greater price value within 7 days of purchase. The conditions for exchanging an item are the same as those for returning items. A restocking fee of S$30 will be imposed. Should the customer choose to exchange the existing merchandise for another model bearing a higher price, the customer will be required to top-up the difference in price.

3. Refund Policy

Merchandise can be brought back to the Lion City Company Warehouse from 9am-6pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) together with proof of purchase for a full cheque refund (for cash/cheque on delivery purchases) within seven (7) days of purchase. Lion City can decide to reject an item if they are deemed unfit for refund.

Should transportation be required, the restocking charges as stated in our Return Policy will apply. The cheque for the refunded items will be presented to the customer at the item pick-up location only if transportation services have been ordered by the customer from Lion City Company and the relevant restocking fees paid for by the customer, or at the Lion City Company Warehouse when the item is brought back for a refund. Customers will have to sign some documents in receipt of the cheque refund.

All refunds for orders paid for via cash/cheque on delivery can be collected in the form of a cheque from the Lion City Company office. Customers have to be present personally to receive and sign for the refund cheques with photo identification. There will be strictly no mailing out of refund cheques.

Should the customer be unable to be present for the refund collection, a representative may be sent with a letter of authorization containing the representative's full name and I/C number and signed by the customer. The representative's I/C and customer's I/C have to be presented for verification purposes.

Should you have made the initial payment through online credit card payment, you should return the products for refund via the above-mentioned return methods, and allow 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your account.

If you have made the initial payment through your PayPal account, you should return the products for refund via the above-mentioned return methods. The amount will be credited back to your PayPal account within 1 working day after receipt of the returned product.

Refunds made via the DBS/POSB 0% Interest-Free Online Installment Payment Plan (IPP) are subjected to approval from DBS Bank. No refunds in cash or cheque will be issued by Lion City Company on orders paid via the IPP. Additional charges may be levied by DBS Bank should DBS Bank approve your refund request. Payment via the IPP constitutes your acceptance that you have entered into a payment agreement with DBS Bank on an interest-free loan furnished by DBS Bank. Lion City Company accepts no responsibility over the approval, denial or any outcomes whatsoever pertaining to the refund requests made by you to DBS Bank for orders paid via the IPP.

Clearance and customized items are strictly non-refundable.

 

Lion City Company promises to match the lowest available, legitimate price any customer can find for a particular product in rival retail stores.

  • The product which the customer is requesting a price match is exactly identical to that found on a rival retailers' storefront
  • Product model numbers (if any) are exactly identical
  • Both our product and the rival retailer's product have exactly the same specifications
  • Sufficient evidence is provided by the customer to suggest that the same product can indeed be purchased from the rival retailer at the point of time of request
  • The price is set by a rival storefront that is located on mainland Singapore
  • The rival price includes all the necessary taxes (including GST, if applicable) as dictated by Singapore Law

The process of requesting for a price match must be as follows:

  • We receive an email from the customer at the point of purchase/within 14 days from point of purchase providing evidence of such a disparity in pricing (through use of original advertisements, official paper quotations or active web links to e-commerce sites)
  • Customer states explicit interest in purchasing product/has already purchased product from Lion City Company
  • If customer has already purchased the product, he should provide sufficient evidence to identify himself as either the person who placed the order, the person billed for purchase and/or the person who was the intended recipient of the purchased product

Lion City Company may investigate the request by means of contacting the rival retailer and/or visiting the storefront in question and reserves the right to full discretion on deciding the legitimacy of the request. Lion City Company may reject a product if deemed unfit.

Upon confirming the legitimacy of Lowest Price Matching request, we shall:

  • Sell the product to the customer at the competitor's price
  • Amend the listed price of the product to match the competitor's price
  • If product has been purchased within 14 days prior to the request, we will refund the full difference between the two prices to the customer who was billed for the original product

The Lowest Price Matching is only applicable to products found on this website. Lowest Price Matching is inapplicable for services and repairs.

6. Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in this online catalog supersedes all previous catalogs, however, we cannot control price increases by our suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct misprints. We will notify you before charging you more than the price shown in this catalog during the online catalog’s life.

7. Terms & Conditions for any Installation and Service Charges:

Please note that the proposed quotation does not include electrical/lighting work, graphic painting/signage, plants or other items not mentioned herein.

Exclusions:

  • Any form of submission to Building Management and relevant authorities
  • PE and QP endorsement and submission Special ordered item

Strictly no returns/excludes or cancellation once order is issued. We will ensure accuracy in billing. Any additional works requested in the course of work are chargeable & shall be deemed as confirmed variation orders.
